Refunds and Cancellations

Money is refundable up to 24 hours after purchase.

Once design starts, funds are locked and non-refundable.

No Guarantee of Results

PerkPatch makes absolutely no guarantee of contacts, scans, website visits, calls, texts, leads, sales, or any other response.

Communication and Delivery Timing

PerkPatch does not control communication response timing or postal delivery timing.

The only delivery promise is that the card will be printed with the sponsor's approved advertisement and delivered to the post office.

Delivery to the post office is a handoff to the postal service and is distinct from USPS delivery timing. Reaching the post office does not represent or guarantee any USPS delivery date or timing, which PerkPatch does not control.

Proof Trails

Proof trails for approvals, creative, production, and delivery are retained.

Shipping and Distribution

Shipping and distribution details depend on the campaign, location, and other details. Sponsors must ask their representative for campaign-specific shipping and delivery details.
